I was looking for a hosted bug tracking software and asked my colleagues for suggestions when one of them mentioned this website. I visited it and was amazed at the different features that it offered. It had features for tracking bugs, project management and desktop application; it was all-in-one software that would make a user’s job easier than ever. It offered a complete pack of items for tracking bugs and for managing projects. It also allowed me to create labels to my projects and customize them as per my priority. Also, it tracked all the changes and a prompt notification was sent to my email after every change. This helped me to keep a track of my projects. Its desktop application was something that caught my eye as it allowed me to capture screenshots and record videos regarding the trouble that occurred in my computer. This made it a lot easier to explain to the engineer what the problem on my computer was exactly. I was also able to attach these screenshots and videos easily. This software is user-friendly and I would like to recommend it to others to make their job easier.
